MHFC and Construction.MN conducted workshop in purpose to
introduce the Resolution No.368 ” To
involve civil servants in housing loan”and Online Expo for civil servants on 08 Jan,2010 .
The workshop has introduced that how to involve civil servants
in housing mortgage loan, related
resolutions, responsibility of civil organizations, civil servant’s application
forms and mortgage loan accounting. Also it has informed about location and cost of apartments in
collateral of commercial banks in Ulaanbaatar or in local areas as well as how
to chose apartments by online. There were about 50 representatives from civil
organizations including Ya.Purevjav,
L.Odkhuu,Deputy directorsof MHFC and other officials in the seminar exchanging their opinions and
questioning. Civil servantshave
proposed that housing loan should begranted not only for those new apartments
which are in commercial banks’ collateral butfor old apartmentswhich are not
in collateral.
