Directors of MHFC have met with the representatives of membership companies of Mongolian National Construction Association regarding on revised form “Involvement of civil servants into mortgage loan” confirmed by the Government resolutions No.321, 368 issued in 2009 within the assignment which has been implementing the Government program “ 4000 housing units” for civil servants.

    At the meeting there were about 30 construction representatives excluding J.Aldarjavkhlan, CEO of MHFC, Tsend, CEO of Mongolian National Construction Association and other members of BOD. The representatives have discussed comprehensively about the obstacles facing construction sector, financial crisis and how to implement the “4000 housing units” program successfully. In the resolution stated that the housing units which will be selected by the civil servants must be brought into exploitation. But the statement is criticized by the construction companies what is unable to complete current construction works. They have specified that they have to find an exit to solve the problems.

     According to the above resolution there will be a joint munoocounterpart in purpose to determine the exit to end the uncompleted housing units within the “4000 housing units” program.
