Ministry of Finance made treasury bond commercial agreement with Mongol Bank and issued the bonds for up to the amount of 6.0 billion tugrug on 31 March 2010 within the project of “ Affordable housing for Civil servants and population”. Funding for the loan to 180 lenders, for whom the loan resolutions has been granted, amounting to 5.8 billion tugrigs are being transferred to the bank accounts of construction companies from capital city and rural areas, who are selling dwelling apartments .
