MHFC has provided the financing worth of MNT 2.7 billion in the construction of “ Border Palace” housing district by having issued mortgage loans for the 114 quoted border employees by the request of the General Authority for Border Protection. The housing district will accommodate a total of 320 families upon its completion and about 80% of the construction work has been completed so far.

    Ts.Nyamdorj, MP and the Minister for Justice and Internal Affairs, Kh.Battulga, MP and Minister for Road, Transportation, Construction and Urban Development, B.Bat-Erdene, MP, B.Baatarzorig, the First Secretary of City Mayor, J.Aldarjavkhlan, CEO of MHFC, Ts.Sergelen, Chairman of General Authority for Border Protection and Commander of Border Army were among the high level officials who attended the opening ceremony of the housing district

   The housing district were completed by the division No.0119 of Border army. The cost of the 1 bedroom flat is 17 million MNT, 3 bedrooms flat is 37 million MNT and 570.000MNT per square meter.
