MHFC has ordered 38 housing units which are built by the Government treasury bonds have been completed by “Stroika” Co.,Ltd in the territory of Zuunmod town of Tuv aimag and received by the state commission. The opening ceremony of the housing units was on 26 February of 2010 and M.Enkhbold, Parliament member, Deputy Prime Minister, J.Aldarjavkhlan, CEO of MHFC, J.Batjargal, Director of People’s Representative meeting of Tuv aimag, Ts.Enkhbat, Governor of Tuv aimag and other responsible officials have been attended.

The 38 housing units shall accommodate the people with low income and civil servants including 18 civil servants within the “4000 housing units” program receiving the mortgage loan and out of which, 9 civil servants including teachers of “Humuun” complex, Inspector of General Agency of Professional Inspection and NEMA’s official of Tuv aimag have received their confirmation of loan grant and keys of new units.
