Loan committee of MHFC has discussed and issued the mortgage loans for up to the amount of 3.3 billion tugrug for current 105 civil servants within the “4000 housing units” sub project. According to the loan decision as we have studied the choices of civil servants for apartments there are 25% of civil servants have been selected their apartments in the area of Khan-Uul district, 15.24% in Bayangol district, 17.14% in Songinokhairkhan district, 2.86% in Sukhbaatar district, 7.62% in Baynzurkh district respectively selected and 27.62% of civil servants have been made choice in the provinces
