Government has been made a decision to reduce mortgage loan interest rate to 6% APR, it means that the loan interest rate which is currently 8 % APR issued by the MHFC is reduced. But it is only for the new borrowers.

    PM has strictly warned relevant authorities the loan shall be designated only for the middle-income citizens who hold not previous ownership of homes but not for those who already owned apartment.
