The resolution No. 321 by government dated on 14 October 2009 titled “ Activity to provide civil servants and citizens with housing” has been revised these section No. 2 as "to adhere the principle to value the square meter of the apartment which is in the collateral of the commercial banks less than 650.000 MNT/ in the city/ as “ housing units”. “Regulation about involving the civil servants into mortgage loan” approved by the resolution No. 368 of Government dated 11 December, 2009, and some parts of the resolution was revised as follows: 2.1 of this regulation says “in the collateral of commercial banks” is revised into “ …new and brought into exploitation…”, 5.1 says “in the collateral of commercial banks” is also revised to “new and brought into exploitation…”.

   The governors of the Budget will distribute the rights of 4000 apartments to state organizations. Today, they have already distributed 3825 rights to 127 state organizations and the list with 1078 employee’s names is delivered to Corporation of Apartment Financing. From this list, 787 state employees prepared their documents and signed the loan agreement to purchase the apartment. By today, the loan approval for 75 civil servants costed 2,3 billion MNT is given. Government considers that the apartment loan up to 40.0 million MNT will fasten the program implementation.
