Mr. Park Un Chul – the retired expert in the housing construction and management field who is dispatched to our Corporation from March 09, 2010 to March 09, 2011 as a part of retired experts dispatching program from the Ministry of Knowledge Economy of Korea.

The purpose of this program offers Korean technical know-how to developing countries by Korean government or public enterprise’s retired expert. Mr. Park Un Chul will work in cooperation with MHFC and other related organizations of UB city on following directions: Support in the assignment of detailed basic plan of new districts of Ulaanbaatar in accordance with experience used once in similar activities in Korea/ YII microdistrict, “Buyant-Ukhaa” microdistrict. General plan until 2013/ Advice appropriately on re-planning and development of “ger” districts /slum areas/ |
through Korean experience which makes old districts into modern housing areas. Work in cooperation on establishment and sophistication of legal framework for land release. Share experience of Korean government management for redevelopment of land and propose to initiate in MHFC strategy Learn opportunity to provide population with housing and making it suitable for Mongolia and work out related documents. / Rental housing system , Chonsei and other/ Work on underground city and infrastructure system, Construction of new districts and independent engineering.
