       2500 state employees were granted ownership to housing as a result of “4000 housing units” program approved by the Government to provide the state employees with housing. Last year SGK resolved financials amounted MNT 80 billions for the program and issued loans for the above people through the financials. Remaining 1500 state employees’ loans will be solved within the first quarter of this year and SGK resolved financing worth of MNT 72 billions for it.

    The state employees who have already got loans with annual interest rate of 8% and term of 20 years have chosen their apartments from 160 construction companies. The “4000 housing program” is appreciated by construction companies and borrowers for being implemented by MHFC not by commercial banks.

    MHFC’s have considered the “4000 housing program” has successfully contributed in overcoming of financial crisis of the construction companies and banking sector affected by world’s economic downturn.
